Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10/27/2025


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

  1. Email service@folkprovisions.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or denial of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A $7 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First check with your bank or credit card company (processing times vary).
  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at service@folkprovisions.com and we’ll help resolve it.

  • Final-sale or clearance products
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards
